Welcome to the clay chaos! If you’ve got a question, chances are someone else has too—so here’s a little help from Clay’d HQ.

🛍️ When will my order be dispatched?

Each piece is handmade with love, so I aim to dispatch within 3–5 working days. If your item is made to order or needs extra care (like resin finishing), I’ll pop you a note with the timeframe.

✈️ Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I currently ship from the UK to most places worldwide.

Please note: international orders may be subject to local customs fees or taxes—these are the responsibility of the buyer.

💌 How will my order be packaged?
All orders are packed in eco-friendly materials where possible. Every piece is safely wrapped and sent with care (and maybe a smiley doodle or two). Perfect for gifting—or keeping for yourself.

💚 Do you accept custom orders?

Sometimes! If you have a quirky idea or a sentimental colour combo in mind, drop me a message and I’ll see what’s possible.

📿Are your items suitable for sensitive ears?

Yes—all earrings use hypoallergenic findings (usually stainless steel or gold-plated brass). If you need something specific like sterling silver, just ask before purchasing.

🔁 Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to hygiene reasons, I can’t accept returns on earrings. However, if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, please get in touch within 7 days so I can make it right.

🤔 Why is your brand name so weird?

Because “Organised and Calm” was already taken.

Also, the clay is confused. So am I. It fits.

👐 Do you actually make all this by hand?

Yep. Every smudge, swirl and “oops, actually I love that” moment is 100% handmade by me. No factories. Just a chaotic craft room and a lot of tea.

🧠 Do you talk to your clay?

Not technically… but if you’ve ever told a blob of polymer to behave, you’ll understand. 

💭 Can I make suggestions?

Always! Got a dream earring? A wild idea? A weird colour combo? Message me. No promises, but I love a challenge.
