Are your earrings heavy?

Not at all! Even the biggest statement dangles are super lightweight (polymer clay magic ✨), so you can wear them all day without sore ears.

Will they irritate my ears?

All earrings are made with hypoallergenic posts and findings. If you’ve got super sensitive ears, pop me a message and I’ll happily chat options with you.

Are the pieces identical?

Every item is handmade, so no two will ever be exactly alike. Little quirks and variations are part of the charm 💜

Can I return or exchange earrings?

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable. But if something arrives damaged, just get in touch and I’ll make it right.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Keep them away from water, perfumes, and sprays. Store them flat in a safe place and give them a gentle wipe with a soft cloth if needed. (Full care tips are included with every order.)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Orders are shipped plastic-free and packed with care. Free UK shipping on orders over £30.

I also ship to the EU and selected international countries. At the moment, shipping to the USA is temporarily unavailable due to tariffs — but I’ll update as soon as that changes.

Do you take custom orders?

Absolutely! If you’ve got a colour combo, theme, or idea in mind, drop me a message via the contact page. I love making pieces that are personal to you 

 

Do your beagles help?

 

Ron and Harry think they do… mainly by keeping the floor warm and the snacks under control 🐶🐶.
